New Dimensions Legal, LLC, doing business as Mighton Legal Operations ("Mighton," "we," "us," or "our") is an Arizona limited liability company that operates the website located at mighton.legal (the "Website") and provides a contract lifecycle management software-as-a-service platform known as Timelines CLM (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our Website, interact with us, or use our Service.
By accessing the Website or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, please do not use the Website or the Service.

Mighton processes Client Content solely on the client's behalf and in accordance with the applicable subscription agreement. Mighton acts as a data processor with respect to Client Content. The client is the data controller and is solely responsible for ensuring it has the legal authority to upload such content.
To provide and maintain the Service, including creating and managing accounts, processing transactions, and providing customer support.
To respond to your inquiries, including demo requests and other communications you initiate.
To send marketing communications. When you submit a demo request, your contact information will be added to our marketing email list. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email.
To improve the Website and Service, including analyzing usage patterns, diagnosing technical issues, and developing new features.
To protect our rights and safety, including detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, security incidents, or other harmful activity.
To comply with legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from public authorities, courts, or regulatory bodies.

California Residents (CCPA). California residents have additional rights including the right to know, right to delete, right to correct, and right to opt-out of sale or sharing. CAN-SPAM Compliance. All marketing emails will clearly identify Mighton as the sender, include a valid mailing address, and include a mechanism to unsubscribe.
International Users. The Website and Service are operated from the United States. By using the Website or Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
The Website and Service are not directed to individuals under the age of sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under sixteen (16).
